Is what's going on in Oregon "Terrorism" ? Nope...

Apparently some residents feel terrorized:

"\"Scare tactics rattle residents near Oregon occupation\ wrote:

"Unknown individuals from outside our community have driven past slowly or idled in front of their homes, observing the residents and their activities," Harney County Sheriff Dave Ward said in a news release. Refuge employees are being confronted with questions about their status as federal employees, he said.

Even though she's a police officer's wife, the mother of two and native of the area said she's afraid.

"Every gun in the house is loaded," she said. "I've never felt like I need to carry a gun in my life."

Silly residents. They're just a bunch of non-local angry guys with guns, breaking the law and destroying property, who say they're not afraid to die to make their point.

Statutes are intentionally categorized by their subject matter, and the title of this law stigmatizes anyone charged under it. By increasing the punishments beyond what existing arson law already covered, having them only apply to intentional acts against federal property, and then putting them in an Act beginning with “Antiterrorism,” Congress certainly conflated arson with terrorism.

Congress does not do what you think it does.

What is your link supposed to illustrate? It appears to have nothing to do with anything. They did do what I wrote they did.

You're clearly literate enough to write. How is it that you can't read?

Bills are not single-purpose constructs. Their titles are by and large meaningless.
