Silent woman in hijab kicked out of Trump rally in SC, by police
#11
I assume the gun loving Republican presidential candidates admit all concealed and open carry gunners to their rallies.

Definitely no black faces at Mr. Trump's rally.
It's the Palin crowd. Only they've gotten meaner with age.

Re: the organizers -- they had to be aware she was there before the rally even began. She was wearing a hijab, a shirt proclaiming her belief and stood in line to enter through security checkpoints. At anytime she could have been refused entry (remember, it is a private event). Instead they let her in without question and then waited until they could incite the crowd with a public banishment. I am not saying she was in cahoots with them (I do not believe she was), but she did play into their hands.

Yes it's a "private event" but once people are in there and not doing anything disruptive, then it becomes about how the candidate and his supporters treat them. She could have had the hijab in her bag or around her shoulders, and the t-shirt covered when she entered. Imagine if any of the other candidates removed non-disruptive people in this manner? They don't. Yes they all screen their rallies but all get heckled. I agree that she was provocative but this crowd chose to show some ugly. And Trump continues to show that the doesn't have the character to be President. (not that we need or ever needed reminding.)

She didn't - she even spoke with people about her beliefs while waiting in line.

no one here wants context nor to have to even watch the speech
why bother when you can watch CNN and be told what to think

It's pretty easy to find the video of the event and watch as one security person calmly walks over and appears to very politely tell her she has to go. She gets up and goes. Calmly, politely.
Not abused as CNN wants you to believe.
Not kicked out as CNN wants you to believe.

It doesn't matter if you protest "silently" or heckle loudly - no protesting is the rule.

So if she had been dressed in Jeans and a American flag shirt and stood up - would it be considered protesting? She was identified and considered a protestor by how she looked, not by her actions.

I have no issues with the rules, it is a private event. However, everyone who stood to watch should have been considered a protestor.

And had security left her alone there would have been no story. But haters gotta hate.
