iOS 10.1.1 is up to date

my iPhone shows a software update (1 in a red cicle in Settings), but when I go to Settings -> General -> Software Update, I set ill see the red bubble, and when I click on Software Update, it tells me "iOS 10.1.1 Your Software is up to date."

I guess this is a case of "it just works"

One update was pulled recently, after some of us had applied it.

Mine is 10.2.1

OK, after a long time, 10.2.1 showed up. I installed it.
