Replacing Mavis' iPhone today! A Samsung Galaxy J3V is on its way...
#1
Poor Mavis, she has struggled with the iPhone 5 that she was given by her daughter and son-in-law when he updated all the iPhones for his company.

Unfortunately, the small size was a problem for her to navigate and she had too many issues like not being able to answer her calls. Texting was out of the question on the very tiny keyboard.

I set my Note 5 to its "easy mode" and let her use it for a while. Problem seemed to be solved with its larger screen, so I ordered the Samsung J3V, which was on a promotion.

Is anyone interested in the iPhone 5, BTW?

Thanks, Dan.

I really hate to say that I'm not doing so great, right now. I haven't bounced back from the two angioplasties I had several months ago and in the past few days my feet and legs have swollen up, so they look like one of those balloon animals.

Between that and feeling terribly "impaired" I'm "down in the dumps."

As you always say, "it is what it is."

Last week, my Sprint Samsung Galaxy S7Edge showed a notification that there was an update available. Knowing the Android is less secure than iOS, I installed it. WHAT A MISTAKE. The UI is totally changed. I'm having to relearn the damned phone. If I had been warned that this "upgrade" would fook everything up, I would NOT have done it. :villagers: :banghead:

Bottom line; be VERY careful when your Android phone tells you to upgrade.
