I don't think it is your "Mad Search SkilZ" PaulF, it seems that Apple is weighting their pre-OSX stuff differently lately, I have done some OS9 searches using exact wording and the document doesn't show up, but I put in the Apple document number and it pops right up. Thank the lords that I still keep notes!

Did they leave USB bootability active in the follow-ons to the AGP PowerMacs such as the DA or QS models? I have a DA, but not bootable USB device at the moment to test with. More just interested in kowing if it is possible.

No Bootable USB device, so can't try it without one. Plenty of Firewire devices though. Last Zip drive I ever got was IDE, and all the rest were SCSI. With the hint, won't bother trying to scrounge up something USB and bootable.
