FU on MRF
Same day we sent a request for an RMA, Monoprice emailed a pre-paid return shippng label with simple, clear instructions. Day after they received the defective amp, they shipped a replacement. Son is happy. The replacement is even louder, sounds good, and predictably, has us yelling down the basement heater vent, "TURN IT DOWN!!"
