I got in volleyball and an upper body workout. Food intake was moderate. Sugar intake was not that great.

I did very close to that treadmill spill about a year ago, but I fell off the side rather than out the back. Luckily not a single sore joint afterwards.

The snow is responsible for all three of my hour-plus workouts this week. My right wrist is a little sore from running into ice chunks covered by snow.

I 've never had a vision issue with my physical health situation, i could always look down and see my
sad faced junk without craning.

As far as the mental side of it? I've had more visions than i'd care to share.

3.2 mi/day, about average. I'll lose weight when I'm dead.

Mostly water weight.

I'm down 15 pounds since Dec. 1 mostly due to a lack of ready access to my usual snack foods.

Nailed my Apple Watch's Feb fitness goal already. Been hitting the gym for a half hour on the treadmill and some weights almost every day... But I've gained weight this winter. Hoping that the daylight savings change in March will allow me to enough daylight to resume jogging.
