Good Deal? 6S Plus 16G Mint
#1
Found a iPhone 6S Plus 16G Mint for $140 w/ otterbox. Seller says phone
was in case since day one. Battery just replaced by Apple. Phone looks new;
IMEI clean & no blacklisting. Replacing old 5C 16G which I've never had
an issue with the capacity, just want something with more current features!

Shall I finish pulling the trigger Confusedmiley_gun_sniper:

A 6S (Plus or not) is a nice phone, but I'd find 16 GB of storage to be woefully inadequate. But if you're OK on that with your current phone, then it sounds reasonable.

Are you OK with the big increase in phone size?

Good luck.

Yeah the 5.5" I like, tried one out & it's much better for me than the old, tiny 5C.
(Especially since I got my eyesight back  )

Clearly he said that was fine. Peeps use phones different. my SE is 32 GB, it might have 11 GB on it. No email, no music, no photos, no videos, light messaging.

A few simple games and phone calls. Thats it.

Im not sure the prices of used iPhones, so no idea what another say, $50 gets you. 6S is a good step up from the 5C, no doubt -- but the 7 kicked the 6S' ass in the processor dept.

A9 chip vs A10 Fusion chip -- from 1.8 ghz, to 2.3, from 2 cores to 4 cores. Fusion was for better graphics.

Checked out the 7's; more $$ than I want to spend to get a bigger display,
better camera, Touch ID, & ApplePay. Plus, it's got a headphone jack!
For $140 I'm rolling the dice and giving this 6S Plus a shot.
thxs all!

That's a great price.

I've bought 2 mint 6s phones from Swappa since November. The first was $160 with 16gb and I replaced the battery for $36 on the Apple deal. The second was $180 with 32gb that is under warranty until April and showed 100% on the battery. I bought an Otterbox Defender for for $19. I had to upload pictures to Google photo every once in a while on the 16gb but it was totally tolerable. My wife now has the 16gb and will never have any troubles with the space.

I was very happy with the prices I paid. Getting the 6s Plus for $140 and an Otterbox is smoking--congratulations on a deal!

At $160 that is a good price. Expect iOS install to take up about half of the memory. If that’s not a problem for you, it’s a great deal. My other concern would be the battery health, even in prestine condition.
