That's odd - it popped up today as I was checking out an item. No, I haven't used it yet.

Edit: there are a lot of "gotchas" to this ... you have to make the purchase through the mobile app (which I personally have never used until now!), and get something that is actually SOLD by Amazon, not something that is just fulfilled by them. Though it does look like they let you redeem the code multiple times for independent purchases (e.g., you can get the code over and over again). Also, you don't need the physical box tape, they give you a picture on the screen you can use, instead of the tape.
