Have Wifi SD cards improved?
#1
A couple of years ago I tried an EyeFi wifi sd card. After hours of wasted effort I returned it. It seemed like such a good idea. They were about the only show in town at the time; is there anything worth trying now?

edit:

P. S. I've looked at the big online vendors. Nothing stands out as an improvement.

I had an Eye-Fi card too. Such a good idea. But such a hassle to deal with. Between the finicky software and the hardware/firmware, I wasted easily 100 times the amount of time it would have taken to just pull the card out of the camera every time and load the photos with a card reader.

This market has been abandoned as decent cameras these days have built-in WiFi capabilities.
