I would have bought what Reno locals referred to as "The Rattlesnake House", a great example of mid-century moderne architecture so named because of the number of snakes found on the property when it was being built that was for sale relatively recently, but it has apparently been bought and torn down (It was right on McCarran Boulevard and the ad said it could be zoned commercial).

Failing that, I'd buy a few acres of desert in Reno and build a cool house with a great view in the middle of the property. Then I'd fill the garage with all-original cool cars I like. Then I'd build a fully equipped working garage and get started on a few "project vehicles" I've had in mind for a while but never had the funds or space to make a reality before.
