Sure, but hearing aids are not communicating constantly with a host device and driving music/etc. Hearing aid (button-style) batteries wouldn't last very long at all. I know what you're looking for, but I've not seen it in a bluetooth headset, earbuds, medium-size, or can-style. Ages back, I had a pair of headphones that took AA batteries but they were mid-size and (I think) 900Mhz (and worked about as well as you'd think).

Hearing aids do it every day.
Obviously you don't know what hearing aid manufacturers get for that privilege. But if you want to use them as your standard, these bud's are for you. ![]() You'll have to compromise on size, style, and possibly fidelity, but for $35 you have the ability to replace the batteries.

I was going to suggest a BT receiver to headphone adapter, but the ones I’ve seen are about the size of iPod shuffle and are recharge only!
