Sirius XM Streaming

They say on the radio that your plan includes streaming. I get emails with "did you know your plan includes this?" and there are several things one of which is streaming.

When I download the App and log in, it tells me the plan does not include streaming.

Disappointed with their advertising.

sxm kept charging us for nearly a year. I kept calling, they kept lying.

Fortunately for me, I set them up with AmEx.
One call. Full refund, nqa.

I've numerous friends who had a similar bad experience with sxm.

You should have called AMEX after one month, not twelve.

When the free Sirius XM ran out on my Tacoma, I started getting calls to pay and continue. It finally got to something like $3 per month for a year. I told the guy I'd do that for a 5 year period, paid in advance. He hung up on me and I haven't heard back. We now have a new CRV with a free 3 month trial. I'm anxious to see what it will take to get those people to leave me alone with it expires!

Have you tried to see if you can access it online? My lifetime subscription doesn't include streaming, but my wife pays $5/month for sxm in her car and gets the free streaming. Been listening as I work from home. There's a limited run "Jim Gaffigan" channel available right now and I've really been enjoying it. That, and U2's channel.
