No tire trails on wet pavement; stripes and other painted surfaces are nearly frictionless in real life, not so in the vid.
Definitely not in the USA, or Canada.
Very fun video regardless; bike collisions are like ping-pong balls, no crush damage, no bent parts from hitting padding or curbing.

Also, that dial indicates a redline, which is found on a tachometer.

There are mods that can be done to games that render photorealism to game scenes. That could be what we see in the post.
Here is a video showing the capabilities of Mods and compares them to the same scene rendered in the original game pack.
