If it lowers the number of a$$holes who try to make the loudest noise possible when gunning their engines on the road behind our house, I'm all for it.

Just maybe, this will eventually cut down on the number of rubber crop circles that have appeared all around me.

I realize that many different brands of vehicles are used to make these, but the Challengers and particularly the Chargers are biggest offenders, at least around here.

Makes me want to use a Barrett or similar to part the engine block.

Something a little lighter, hemorrhaging the radiator would be acceptable as well.
