The judge is a moron if she thinks any flavor of executive privilege applies here. It's a true, "Who told that?" moment. It's as if she isn't paying attention at all.

there are also atty/client privilege concerns - I assume that's what this is about. It really isn't a big deal and won't delay the process much at all.
