iPod sent back "no problem found" - is it going to work?

[quote mattkime]>>No. Send it back to Apple/Bring it into the store.

I was a step away getting a new video ipod instead of a refurbed photo ipod replacement. Unfortunately this was because of an error on my record indicating that i got a replacement in september which never happened. Think this will put me in line for a brand new ipod? I'm trying not to be too greedy but the squeaky wheel gets greased...
It worked for me....

Good idea on the store. Just happened to my son- we sent his "It crashes about 6 times a day and doesn't work for a half hour' ipod 4th Gen to Apple. Came back Restored but nothing else. And I expect it's the HD failure issue.

Well, if it starts to geek out, we're just driving out to the Apple Store. Only 30 miles, and we get to play with the toys while we're waiting.
