Mouse screen cursor stops for a sec, sticks and sometimes freezes

G4 933 10.4.6. Sometimes sticks when I reach the top of Safari window. Original Apple keyboard plugged directly into USB port in tower and mouse plugged in to keyboard . Unplugging and replugging in keyboard usually clears it.

Repaired permissions , used MacJanitor. Guess I'll try Disk Warrior next.

Anyone know how to clear this up?

I don't know, but I've got the exact same problem with my Mac mini.
