Can someone interpret how to view the first round of the MLB Draft this Sunday?

I am interested in watching the first round of the MLB Draft this Sunday. The viewing options are below. I don't have ESPN or any other services. Anyone know if any of the below options are free to just tune in and watch without paying or signing up for an account? Thanks for any info.
