I have used Zenni for years now, but was disappointed in the last pair I received (lenses not fitted correctly). do you have any other vendors you trust enough? Warby Parker? I do like the titanium frames I received on that ill-fitting pair, however, so there is that positive.

Unless you are on a super tight budget, and as long as you have one handy warby parker is nice.

they custom fit you, will adjust anytime you stop in, and when you get new glasses from them, its half price.

myself and both daughters have their glasses, always positive.

I have also been disappointed with Zeni as of late. I think they must be in over their heads.

Latest Zenni order for all of us (4 pairs total) was fine.

But they were re-orders with updated scripts.

I would try WarbyParker next.

Never had problems with Zenni. Eyebuydirect is another vendor I order regularly from. I've tried to like Warby Parker but I haven't found a frame of theirs I liked that fit right.
