Lets see if I can remember them all...
Came from an Amiga 1200 to Mac on a:
Performa 600 - First Mac
After sipping the Kool Aide, my history then moves to...
Performa 6290
300mhz Blue & White G3 Rev.1
400 mhz G4 Tower
Clamshell iBook 466
867 Quicksilver
iBook 500mhz
iBook 900mhz
Dual 1.42 G4 Tower
iBook G4 1.33mhz
along with a few CRT iMacs and a Powerbook that are works in progress like
600mhz Snow, 400mhz Blue, Powerbook G4 800
Funny thing is this weekend, I will be picking up a Mac that I REALLY wanted ever since I saw them introduced (LIVE) at Macworld, a iLamp iMac. (800mhz 15 inch). Some people loved the Cube, I was really impressed by that Model and wanted one for years.
EDIT: Forgot about a old Apple IIGS WOZ edition (Autographed by Woz when I met him) that was to be part of my "collection", also have a Performa 200, SE 30, and a 512K Mac around here somewhere.

First mac I ever used- Macintosh Classic
First owned- PowerMac 6100/60 ($1999)
Then- PowerMac G3/266 ($1300)
Then- PowerMac G4/350 ($1250)
Then- PowerMac G5 Dual 2.0 ($1500 special discount price from employer)
Also have a 2nd PowerMac 6100, another G3/233, a PowerBook 520, and an iBook G4 1.2GHz.
Don't use the 6100's or the 520 anymore, but everything else is in daily use.
I find it amazing how as everything else in the economy has gotten progressively more expensive over time (like houses, cars) computers remain about the same price. So in effect they have become cheaper, but still for 2-3K for a good new mac.

My brother worked for Computerland back in the early 80's, and as part of his job he had to take home different computers and learn how to use them. Of course, I got to play with them as well. I remember the Apple II, the Commodore PET, the Commodore VIC-20 (the first computer I owned and still have), and what was most likely the first Mac, although I don't remember much about it. I was a Commodore person for the longest time: First the VIC-20, then the Commodore 64, then an Amiga 500, and finally an Amiga 3000 which also ran Unix. Of those machines, I miss the Amiga 500 the most. At one point, I owned all the "Fred Fish" disks.
As for Mac's, I've owned far too many to remember them all. Some I only had for a month or so. Right now, I've got a G5 and a MacBook, and wife has PowerBook, soon to be MBP. I also have a 6100 somewhere that is painted black that used to sit in my stereo cabinet. I bought it for $10 on ebay about 5 years ago. Doubt I could give it away now.

I just checked the free category on the local Craigslist and someone has an Apple IIc they are giving away...... nah, I think I'd better pass lest my wife kill me for buying yet another computer!

My first was a testing mac 128k mother board screwed to a section of 12" plank.
I've had my hands on and into every real mac between that and the intels.
My current and final (due to intel) macs are a rev A Dual 2.0 G5 and Powerbook G4 1.33 12".
