Yes. That’s why the line of succession is so long. In this scenario, you would impeach everyone until you hit the President pro tempore of the Senate, who unfortunately is Chuck Grassley, but he’s better than getting hit in the eye with a pointy stick. Then President Grassley fires the cabinet and builds his own. The elephant in the room being that we don’t have the votes in Congress to pull it off.
