1. Their web site has a really short period in which you have to fill in all the details. So while I was determining which modem I wanted, the system timed out and I had to start over.
2. When entering your address for the 911 verification, it ALWAYS gives you an error the first time you submit it. You can submit the data a second time and its fine.
3. Their form validation is funky. It tells me adding "Ltd." to the end of my company name is invalid. Um, no, it's not.
4. At the final stage you can pick shipping options. When I select "choose shipping options..." the page reloads to an error page and the ENTIRE process has to be repeated. I wanted to expedite shipping but learned after the second time the error was not a one-time occurrence.
5. Once everything has been submitted, you don't even get a confirmation email. At least not until the whole thing is processed and shipped (which hasn't happened yet.)
If their customer service is as bad as their web site, I'll be canceling very quickly.
