They had already started pulling old videos. It was fun while it lasted.

FWIW, I'd like to do a class action against Viacom for false advertising.

Viacom is treading on very thin ice. If it even gets close to Google having to cough up cash, we all know Google will buy an oil rig or cruise ship, and then move all the hosting offshore where they can't be touched for copyright violations. Then Viacom will have no chance with YouTube.
