From where do Apple Store refurb Macs get shipped?

I bought a refurb MacBook last December. It came from Carrollton, Texas. (Dallas area)

If you mean where are they shipped from, probably either TX or CA. I bought an iBook refurb a few years ago that shipped from CA, but Apple has repair vendors in TX, so it might ship direct from them too.

All the ones I've ever gotten have come from Elk Grove, CA, right outside Sacramento.
