weather widget: and Legend for those symbols

OK, rainy, sunny, etc. are obvious, but I just got a new symbol for Tuesday and I can't tell if it means foggy or windy. Help didn't help a lot. Any other place I should be looking for these symbols and what they mean?

take a picture of the widget (cmd-shift-4, then spacebar then click on the widget) and post the image here...maybe we can figure it out.
