They aren't very aggressive. Still, I never even put the car in park. I drove up slowly, stopped, rolled down the window, took a few pictures of several bison. Plus the EXIF data shows I took that picture at about 118mm. I have other shots that are closer up.

13 hours in a car with your wife might slightly more amazing than the photos -- at least to me it is =)

Buffalo/bison has a "To stomp or not to stomp?" sort of expression on his face if you ask me.

There's a farm a couple miles down the road that raises beefalo.

yeah, yeah. But in American Western culture, the bison is commonly referred to as "buffalo."
Actiually, in Canada, there is a herd of honest to gosh wood buffalo, which are different than the north american bison, so technically, tronnei is wrong.
