How anonymous is Yahoo mail?

I got an anonymous, non threatening email from someone via yahoo.com. It is not a stalker thing or anything like that, so I can't get local law enforcement involved, but I would like to find out who sent the email.

How anonymous is a Yahoo email address and how do I get info on who the person behind an email address is?

I just hacked your account and it was Bob Benson at Relax the Back , 4512 Dunwoody , Atlanta, GA.
