Those two buildings more resemble the Balkenkreuz as depicted on WW II aircraft than swastikas.

The Navy needs to take the names of all the complainers and solicit funding from them. And/or get them together to form a work party for painting and planting.

$600,000 for Walter Reed is a great idea.
