Celebrity hotties before and after photoshop. Why do it?

Any hack can improve a mediocre file in Photoshop. A crafstman doesn't need to.

Maybe they take the pics like that b/c the KNOW they will be required to touch them up. Not just lighting and things like that, but there are obvious places were the celebs are made more or less "curvy". Or more or less anorexic. I would think that would be hard to do without retouching.

Yeah, not a very good example. There's one pic where they made the woman's arm much fatter. Odd. There are some other tricks done there, but a lot of bad lighting for sure.

retouching is always done to celeb shots, it's not always done so poorly...
