That price was with the commission.

"The final bid was $25 million without commission, and the crowd erupted into cheers and applause as
four white-gloved attendants took to the stage to roll the red Ferrari off to its journey to a new home.
The auction house has not disclosed the new owner."

I was watchinging via live streaming and the final bid was $25mil.

A former roommate of mine used to say (not in a complimentary way) "Poor people have poor ways", and that's certainly true in my case. 25 million for a tiny little Ferrari? No matter how much money I had, my cheap soul just wouldn't allow me to pay that... especially when a same-year Chrysler Imperial, considerably more car by any metric with which you'd care to measure, is available for $18,650-

The Imperial is even painted a reasonable Chrysler factory approximation of "Ferrari Red".
