My little guy came sadly forward with the news his iPod bit the dust after maybe getting wet. He was so despondent he almost missed a beat before turning on the Wii.

Almost.

Charged it up, checked it out and although all the music showed, nothing played.

Plugged it into the Mac, erased the drive and reinstalled iTunes and that automatically downloaded my mp3s at least to the iPod limit.

It now plays.

Wait until he finds out 50ยข is now Moody Blues and Snoop Dog is Fats Domino.

I'm chuckling. Did the same thing to my 17yo son's iPod- was annoyed at him, so I replaced all his tunes with classical music and jazz, with the same playlist name. The scream of horror was priceless !
