Well you also have to remember that Kansas City (Overland Park, KS now) is Sprint's hometown/headquarters...and they are ranked last for the major wireless carriers.
They can't even be first in their home market - and the layoffs do not help the local PR scene either.

Maybe people in Kansas should get a special break because they're understandably a tad crankier than the rest of us. I guess I'll have to remember that.
