It's to Alpha's credit that this came to the end it did.

Minty was at loggerheads with and estranged from his sister before his death. Had he just faded away as most of us do, she'd never have seen the side of Mint we saw. That she was able to share in this part of her brothers life is a wonderful thing.

Without the efforts of Alpha that probably never would have happened. As one of Minty's protagonist-friends I want to thank you for turning a sad event into a celebration of life. After all is said and done, Minty brought a positive and passionate point-of-view to us all.

To Ms. Drake:

Thank you for allowing us to come into your life and share our thoughts about your brother. I truly hope this is as healing for you as we would like it to be.
