I am not aware of any such button.

My disposal isn't as old as yours, but has a reset button on the very bottom.

Thanks for the link. I haven't had a chance to look yet, but I don't think mine has a reset switch. When it does stop I am still hearing a humming sound, so the unit is still trying to move but it won't go again until I turn it manually. Good info to know for the future though.
