And if you didn't noticed the small battery in the pic, it's an 9.6V model. Probably good enough for most chores around the house.

Is there another $10 off coupon besides the Visa coupon deal ?

Lets see - I have a DeWalt 18 volt compact, a 14.4 XR tri-gear, and my brother in law has the 12 volt XR

I was thinking of getting the 7 volt DeWalt Screwdriver but this is cheaper and much lighter
when you have a lot of lighter weight screws to drive.

I think we can squeeze one into the stable - even at $35 (no coupon) it's a deal

The 9.6 DeWalt has as much or more torque than a lot of 12 volts.

Might have to swing by HD

Reading that FW thread it looks like Lowes has a coupon printed on register receipt - might try that.

Still - $35 for a 2 battery kit is a deal.

I need another drill like I need a hole in my ....

Might grab a couple and resell the extra to off set my cost.
