Funky arrows

Since updating to iTunes 8, I've got these dark circles with a little arrow next to some of the fields when in list view. Any way to get rid of them?

Well, that's weird. It seems that the place where iTunes says that setting ought to be (iTunes > preferences > general) is missing.

How do you feel about using the command line?

Glad to help! Sure is darned weird that the setting was removed from the Preferences.
