What You Talking 'bout Willis? buh-bye Sears Tower
#1
America's tallest building will no longer be named "The Sears Tower".
It will be "Willis Tower". http://www.google.com/hostednews/ap/arti...AD96SK8M06

Bet you Chicagoans will ignore the name change Smile-D

Well, I do refer to the department store as Macy's now...

My 6 YO is going to be crushed - he always referred to it as the "Serious Tower."

Already seen the nickname "Big Willy" spreading about the Chicago netosphere.
Sears' name was Richard, so I may stick with tradition . . .

Odd thing about Macy's- when I'm talking about a suburban location, I say Macy's. When I'm talking about State St. I still say Marshall Field's. No idea why.

I still call Cellular Field Comiskey but I don't call the United Center The Stadium. Again, makes no sense whatsoever. Both are entirely new arenas, not new names for old places.

Just like I still refer to the Rosemont Horizon rather than Allstate Arena, I'm pretty sure it will always be Sears Tower to me.

So, following this naming convention, what would Trump Tower be?
The Big ________?

No need to ask about the John Hancock . . .
