Hulu Desktop works on a Dell Mac mini 9!

Despite stating that minimum requirements are a 2GHz processor, I just installed Hulu Desktop on my Dell Mac mini 9 & it works!

I was watching something on Hulu on my Mac mini at the time so the internet connection was being shared. I didn't watch for more than a couple of minutes, just to confirm that the application does indeed work.

The verdict is in: don't bother with Hulu Desktop on a Dell mini 9. It works fine, but so what?

Why install a 2.1 MB application onto a computer with limited disk space when video already plays nicely on hulu.com from within Firefox or Safari?

I didn't see enough benefits to justify sacrificing the drive space for this application. Of course your mileage may vary.
