Where to Post a Volunteer Position?

We here at Ghost Ranch are looking to fill a volunteer position. My first thought was Craigslist, but under jobs, they state that all jobs offering must include payment. I looked for a place on CL to put the volunteer position, but couldn't find one.

Ghost Ranch Education and Retreat Center is looking for a long term (1-2 years) volunteer medical professional (nurse, Doctor, possibly a paramedic or EMT) who would be able to manage and operate a small health clinic. Room and board are included. This position would include working elsewhere around the ranch when not needed as a nurse. Vacation time and days off included.

You will need a New Mexico license or reciprocity.
