For broadcast spec. On a 60 second spot you are limited to 1800 frames. I have trimmed the excess off the beginning and end and still need to lose 15 frames. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Find a 30-frame section with little or no motion and speed it up to 200%. Turn off frame blending when you do that.
