Son's Razer DeathAdder mouse issues with Expose/Dashboard

My son got a Razer DeathAdder 3500 gaming mouse for his birthday to use with his imac 20 AL 2.0, and the box says it is Mac compatible.

However, the two side buttons do what they are programed to do but they bring up expose and dashboard seemingly randomly.

Any idea what could be happening? The website has no contact link for support and no phone number on the paperwork that came with the mouse.

should be version 1.6

The site lists 1.02 as the latest driver.

Should we look for an older one?
