Retrieving Amazon book downloads

My wife had lots of Amazon books on her Touch when it was stolen in December. We can't figure out how to get her purchases onto her new Touch. They are not showing up in her account with Amazon. We've registered her new one and de-authorized her old (I'm thinking that may be the problem).
Any ideas?

Are these Kindle ebooks, or just ebooks in general?

They should be showing up in her account; odd.

They are ebooks she bought and downloaded last year via Kindle Reader for the Touch/iPhone. When she de-authorized her stolen Touch, they disappeared from her account. Amazon said we had to de-authorize before we could register a new Touch.

I know, it is odd that they are not showing up in her account...they are all gone.

Follow-up: I just got off the phone with Amazon, they see the books on their end and will reset her account. They really didn't have an answer as to why they were not showing up on her side.

She will be very happy since she has not read them all yet.
