MBP kernal panics problem solved.

So in reference to this:

I took my MBP in to the Genius Bar. Did a nvidia test and a fsck and everything looked fine. Then he peeked into the console logs and found out it was the video after all so my machine is resting in their hands for a few days to replace the motherboard/video card monster.

I think I will just start fresh when I get it back and do a fresh install.
