It's a stainless steel dispenser. I had NO idea that I had to take it out of the box to use. :drink:

Is item #1 in a box also ?
A label like that is usually reserved for hardware ( that people throw out - I guess it looks like space filling packing material ). I'm gonna have to guess tech support is doing everything possible to minimize returns. (and calls from the "challenged" ) :-) If you flip that box over does it have a open other end label, too ? With nice big printing so this doesn't happen ?  unfortunately there are people that struggle with simple things, like opening the right end of a box of cereal.

No, item #1 was a separate thing altogether (It's a recovery strap used to pull out a stuck vehicle) and was wrapped in cellophane. Totally unrelated to item #2.
I think it's more of a case of Chinese Engrish.
