fucking Dell promo "gift cards" expire after 90 days.

Bought a TV in June with a $50 card promo, it expired in September.

Apparently its not a "gift card" per se, but a "coupon"

So it expires. So. Fucking. Stupid.

I believe my Newegg promo card also expired after a time, but it might have been a full year. Either way, made sure to use it within a few months.

Exactly. It is considered a coupon. Are there states that force coupons to remain valid in perpetuity? My Newegg gift cards don't expire either, but the promotional cards do expire.
