Now the genius bar website keeps spinning. I guess they're too busy for appointments.
I pay for the out-of-warrentee repair, which is a swap for a refurb, and send the receipt to SquareTrade for a full refund. Not too bad, except for the long drive.

Yeah for SquareTrade. They just reimbursed me for a cracked screen repair on my iPhone 5+. Shortly thereafter, it went flying out of my hands onto concrete and cracked again. I have not had it repaired again yet.
