Trump did his thing today. I knew he wouldn't last.

Well, they would be if he hadn't banned all guns.

I mean, he's a lame duck now, so he must have done it with some kind of secret legislation that can change the Constitution that only he knows about.

Right?

Here's Hillary's take on assassination in 2008.

WASHINGTON – Hillary Rodham Clinton yesterday brought up the assassination of Robert F. Kennedy while defending her decision to stay in the race against Barack Obama – drawing a furious reaction from the front-runner’s camp.

“My husband did not wrap up the nomination in 1992 until he won the California primary somewhere in the middle of June, right? We all remember Bobby Kennedy was assassinated in June in California. I don’t understand it,” she said, dismissing calls to drop out.

Clinton made her comments at a meeting with the editorial board of the Sioux Falls Argus Leader, a paper in South Dakota. She is campaigning in the state ahead of its June 3 primary.

She actually spoke of assassination. Trump never said the word.

Not even remotely the same as Trumps remarks. Hers related to a backup in case of another tragedy, his could be interpreted as a call to violence. Neither was tactful, but only one is unlawful.

If a nutcase acts on Trumps insinuation, not only is he culpable but every one of his supporters has a degree of that culpability.

What the heck does context have to do with anything? :bunny:

Hillary gets a pass on context?

Here is what you said about what she said:

"She actually spoke of assassination. Trump never said the word."

So here's your "argument": since Clinton used the word "assassination" and Trump didn't, what she said was at least as bad or worse. There is no consideration of context to that. It's just about whether or not a particular word was used.

Are we sure Hillary didn't kill Bobby Kennedy? Somebody should check.

Nah, she had Vince Foster do it. Then she offed Vince while in the White House. Because vast right wing conspiracy.

Hush - I'm writing a book about this, due out in October. I thought nobody else knew.

No serious author would consider what Grace suggested without first copywriting "Vince Foster". Since she has yet to do that...
