Just saw a few commercial for those "copper infused" sleeve for knees and elbows and just noticed that the copper they talk about is briefly touted for its "deodorizing abilities", not helping mobility. The flashy graphics they run seem to imply the copper somehow helps mobility. Buyer beware.

The FTC has fined Tommie Copper products at least once for false advertising and unsubstantiated claims.
Just as with copper wrist bracelets there's no evidence to back claims of any kind of health benefit beyond trace copper elements possibly creating an environment that is not conducive to supporting some bacterial colonies. How much copper does to eliminate body odor and how much the stench of copper masks is relatively unclear.

The commercial I watched has several people claiming they went from very little mobility to high athletic levels of movement. Sigh, it it was really that easy.

....see those commercials.....late night or on cable access channels.....which shows they are probably not accurately represented products.....avoid....

Magnet fixed my situation where I couldn't keep things attached to my fridge.
