Just ask Steve Bannon. He's in charge of the Security Council now. The people who actually know though, have been demoted to attendees only.

Good catch, it should be the UN Security Council. They are the body implementing the Iran agreement.
The US National Security Council does not do resolutions.

I think proofreading as it had been practiced in decades past, is no longer done. Too expensive and time consuming for modern publishing's bottom line.

I don't think the generation doing the work now know about such things, and if they do, they don't care. I see all kinds of mistakes in the two local papers I get.

proofreading went out the window with actual journalism many, many years ago.
